How are items shipped?
  • All items are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority with tracking. If your package is under one pound it will be shipped First Class. If your package weighs more than one pound it will be shipped Priority. Please visit our shipping policy page for more information.

When will my package be delivered?

  • Please allow at least 3 to 5 days business days from shipping date to received your package.

How do I cancel an order? 

  • We do not allow the cancellations of orders. We aim to process orders the same day the order is placed. If you purchase the wrong size or color or entered the wrong shipping address, please contact our customer service department via email: info@thesheerlabel.com. However, we can not promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at the moment. Items can exchanged within 7 days of delivery date for a store credit only. Please visit our return policy page for more details.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

  • In the event that you received a damaged item, please send us an email (info@thesheerlabel.com) as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.
